【Personal Information Protection Policy】

DRONE FUND Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "DRONE FUND" ) acknowledges that it is very important obligation of DRONE FUND to protect personal information to conduct its business as a venture capital and hereby establishes this Personal Information Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) to collect, use, and provide personal information in appropriate manner in compliance with such Policy.

DRONE FUND will commit to take all preventive measures against unauthorized access to personal information, as well as the loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage of personal information, and will promptly implement corrective measures in the event that such an incident should occur.

DRONE FUND will comply with laws, regulations, and other standards related to personal information.

DRONE FUND will continue to improve the personal information management system.

【Regarding purpose of use】

DRONE FUND will collect and use personal information within the scope of the following purposes of use (where the purpose of use is specified to the greatest extent possible), except in cases where we have obtained the consent of the individual or organization in question in advance, and where the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other laws and regulations permit us to treat the information as an exception.

  1. To provide registered users with information about DRONE FUND; and
  2. For other purposes of use that have been individually agreed upon.

In the event that it becomes necessary to use personal information for purposes other than those stated above, the DRONE FUND shall obtain the consent of the individual concerned for such use, except in cases where the DRONE FUND has obtained the consent of the individual concerned in advance or where the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" or other laws and regulations permit the handling of such information as an exception.

In addition, DRONE FUND may outsource some parts of its business to a subcontractor or other third party and entrust the subcontractor with personal information to the extent necessary. In such cases, DRONE FUND will manage the information appropriately in accordance with the laws and regulations and the standards set by us.

【Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties】

DRONE FUND will not provide or disclose the collected personal information to any third party, except in the following cases;

  • With the consent of the person concerned;
  • When it is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual; and/or
  • When disclosure or provision of information is required by other laws and regulations.

【Disclosure of, correction of and suspension to use personal information】

DRONE FUND will disclose personal information to the person in question upon his or her request to the extent that it does not interfere with the proper execution of its business. In such a case, DRONE FUND will confirm the identity of the person in accordance with our prescribed methods.

If the personal information disclosed to the person is found to be incorrect, DRONE FUND will take all reasonable attempts to immediately correct it. In addition, if the person in question requests that the use of the personal information be suspended, and the requirements stipulated in the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information,"such as unauthorized acquisition, are met, the use of the personal information will be suspended immediately.

When using the press kit, Please follow the guidelines below.

  2. Please do not use the contents of this press kit for any purpose that may damage the reputation or public image of DRONE FUND or any of its related organizations.
  3. Please do not use the images for commercial purposes, such as selling or reselling them.
  4. Please do not alter or delete all or part of the images in any way.
